Complete Paper Registration Form
Motion Tulsa Summer Camp keeps your information securely in the cloud, but we require paper registration forms on hand for each camper. Download the registration form on this page and print/return to us, or pick up a Parent Packet at 6513 E. 46th St. Please pickup/return Registration Forms between 1pm and 6pm M-F, or call to schedule a different time.
Schedule a Tour
If you registered online and have not yet visited our facility, we’d love to schedule a tour so that you can meet our team and have your future Summer Camper see where they’ll be this Summer.
Attend Our Summer Camp Open House
If you’re registered in time, you can attend our Summer Camp Open House (TBA due to COVID). We’ll have super fun obstacle course inflatables and free play on our Parkour equipment for kids, while parents ask questions and get to know our Summer Camp team.
